There are many formulas to help you use Excel , this would adapt to what you are looking for :
1) To open a formula you must use =
2) You can choose the celd you want to use in your formula , you can either write it or just click it once.
3) The sings that you generaly use are *: to multiply +: sum , - :substract , and / : divide.
4) There are some options in excel to make faster the result and dont write all the formula , in the right upper corner you can see a symbol like this Σ , you can open it and see many option for an easier way of formula.
Graphs:
There are many option in excel to make a graph , there is pie chart or columns or anything . you may put as many information as you like.
to make a graph you click on all the results of dates taht you will like to see in hte chart then you choose the cart and puff a graph will appear in excel.
Column
This to compare basic stuff and it
works for simple stuff.
Line
This chart is to compare threw the
time the different changes.
Pie
This
chart is to compare the small amount over the total of it.
